Anywhere in Australia
Small items (under 2 kgs) can be delivered to PO Boxes. Larger items require a street adddress.

2. WHEN do we dispatch?

Within 12-24 business hours of order payment receipt.

3. BETWEEN what hours do we deliver?

Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm.

4. WHAT process do we use for providing shipping information?

Once you’ve made your purchase, a confirmation is sent to your email address.
Once the goods are dispatched, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.

In some area, free postage is not offered and additional freight may need to be paid to process an order.

7. WHAT are the delivery times?

Between 2-6 days, depending on where your item is being shipped. In uncommon cases, couriers may expect delays to Western Australia and Queensland which may affect ETA of delivery.
Note: to offer the most competitive shipping prices, we use a variety of carriers. When you use the shipping calculator, our system will offer you the lowest-cost option.
