PAYMENT DETAILS:
Payment can be made via Paypal (Accepts all major credit cards). Direct Deposit or bank transfers can also be made – Please use eBay ID as reference for bank deposits otherwise payment cannot be cleared.
SHIPPING POLICY:
- Shipping is within Australia only – (No international Delivery).
- Item will be shipped on the same business day if payment is received by 12 pm.
- Our items cannot be sent to a P.O Box due to the size of the carton.
- All items will be shipped via Courier.
- Allow 2-6 days for items to be delivered.
- Orders can be picked up from our store at no additional fee. Please contact us via eBay message and quote your eBay order number or username for address details.
- Items can also be combined to reduce shipping costs. Some remote areas will incur additional shipping charges. These include, but are not limited to; N.T., Far North QLD and remote W.A. If you live in a remote area, please contact us to confirm whether additional shipping charges will apply to your order.
RETURNS POLICY:
- We recommend professional installation. If the product is damaged during installation, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund.
- Before any returns or exchanges, please contact us with your item ID and reason for return/exchange.
- When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage prior to installation – contact if there is any damage.
- If you have changed your mind and want a return buyer must pay for original and return postage costs.
- If a return needs to be issued please contact us via eBay message for address details.
- If return has been processed after 30 days purchase, ebay fees will be paid separately by buyer.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unmarked and undamaged or no refund will occur.
ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF YOU CONTACT US AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.

Not only can we assist in choosing the correct product for your vehicle, but we can also take out the hassle and fit or apply the product for you. Our services are available 6 days a week* and in most cases only require one day booking notice.
