Shipping is within Australia only – (No international Delivery).

Our items cannot be sent to a P.O Box due to the size of the carton.
All items will be shipped via Courier.

Items can also be combined to reduce shipping costs. Some remote areas will incur additional shipping charges. These include, but are not limited to; N.T., Far North QLD and remote W.A. If you live in a remote area, please contact us to confirm whether additional shipping charges will apply to your order.
We recommend professional installation. If the product is damaged during installation, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund.
Before any returns or exchanges, please contact us with your item ID and reason for return/exchange.
When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage prior to installation – contact if there is any damage.
If you have changed your mind and want a return buyer must pay for original and return postage costs.

If return has been processed after 30 days purchase, ebay fees will be paid separately by buyer.
Items must be returned in original condition, unmarked and undamaged or no refund will occur.
