This ladder is designed to fit the aluminum platform roof racks  within the existing rails. also it can be fitted to other roof cages as long as it can be drilled and secured to the roof, the tub or a tub rack as shown. the ladder is not in a fixed position so it can be folded up in order to open the door on a dual cab ute while magnets will hold it back in place when lowered back into position
